Constructed of extra-think red cedar to provide base support for your cedar beehive. These bottom boards are rot-resistant and proven to withstand the elements longer that traditional bottom boards.

This solid wood bottom board is made of 7/8 in. thick red cedar to resist rotting. All are hot-wax dipped and will not need treatment for many, many years. This is the heaviest and longest lasting bottom board you can find!

Robbing Screen Entrance

Ideal for hot summer months when robbing is a threat. red cedar frame with 1/8" hardware cloth. Robbers concentrate at the bottom of the screen while the hive bees adapt to the upper reduced entrance allowing for plenty of ventilation. Please specify exact width of your hives entrance for best fit.
